On the Northern most tip of Borneo the teams turned around to head from the tide rising at the waters edge to run for the finish line. I spied this sandstone bluff eroded from eons of waves and thought to myself that it was a potentially heroic point of view... kind of my homage to a raising the flag over Iwo Jima kind of thing.
