Helio CASTRONEVES and Tony KANAN - Indianapolis, IN
This cover shoot of Helio Castroneves and Tony Kanan curiously was taken in the F1 winners circle at Indy not the one for the 500 itself. For me it was the only place to shoot since the deep blue backdrop was the only one like it at the entire speedway. Helio is now a three time Indy 500 winner - but never a series champion where Tony has won the championship but never the 500. They carry the colors of their country in the proud tradition of the great Brasilians before them like Ayrton Senna and Emmerson Fitipaldi.
